  • 180 gr of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 120 gr of butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 275 gr of wheat flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 gr of chopped dark chocolate
  • Tips: instead of butter you can use oil

We invite you to make your own sweets or desserts at home. Not only is it an opportunity to enjoy cooking with the children, we also teach them to eat responsibly.

1. Preheat the oven to 175º while we prepare the dough. In a saucepan, melt the margarine over low heat, and leave it in a bowl to temper.

2. Beat the eggs until white and add the milk little by little. Add the butter and continue beating until it is integrated.

3. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar and the pieces of chocolate, mix well. Add the liquid mixture little by little, moving so that it forms a homogeneous mass.

4. Fill the muffin capsules until they are two-thirds full.

5. Bake the muffins at 175º for about 20 minutes. Take out, let them cool a little and eat!
